Welcome to Healing Arts by Julie Mitchell! It has always been a dream of mine to own a wellness business that would assist my clients along their life's journey. Nothing is more rewarding to me than playing a role in the spiritual development of others.
My goal is to provide you with all the tools necessary for you to create the best version of yourself. Through meditation, energy work, aura/chakra clearing and many other techniques you will learn; you will be well on your way to living a life that will nurture your body, mind and spirit.

About Me...
Like many others, I have always had an interest in all things metaphysical. As a child, ghosts, angels and the after life fascinated me. However, my family wasn't very receptive to my curiosity, and thus my interest faded quickly into the background. It wasn't until 2000 that I was redirected back to what I now know is my true path and spiritual journey as a healer. I have been blessed to have so many amazing teachers and mentors along the way.
Over the years I have had professional training in many modalities including Polarity Therapy, Polarity Yoga, Polarity Nutrition, RYSE (Realizing Your Sublime Energies), Chakra and Aura Clearing, Crystal Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki (I, II, Master & Instructor), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Hypnosis, Meditation and I am currently working towards my Masters in Metaphysical Science.
